3rd ODI v WIndies

Fast start in the Powerplay after losing Bairstow early doors, but now Hales (LBW to review) and Morgan out first ball 74/3

And shame on you BTripz/Other Phil for not starting the thread.

Just seem Morgan’s caught behind just out of touch I think - and blimey what a wonky coloured pitch that is

Almost as bad as Salisbury District Council strip.

101/3 at drinks after 15 overs

  • JE Root36 (25b)
  • BA Stokes13 (14b)

50 for Root

136-3 off 21.1

Stokes 31 NO

Stokes takes a single to reach his 50

158-3 off 24.3 overs

Sorry D_P

I was other wise engaged in cooking a roast beef and potatoes Sunday dinner along with some Yorkshire puds plus did not even realize it was on.

Its the end of September we should be playing cricket in the Southern Hemisphere by now.

What a knock by Moeen - 30 off his first 32 balls then he went beserk 100 off 56 50 runs scored in 2 overs & Woakes scored 2 of those, included some comical dropped catches and nearly one of the greatest ever catches.

Sensational stuff, I started watching at 260 odd for 6 and they were talking about 310 maybe 320 now in last over and are 358-9

An emphatic England win after bowling the windies out for 245 in 39 overs after they required 370 to win

Wonderful knock from Mo Ali, fabulous entertainment. He would surely walk into any world team, 50 overs or 5 day game. he just get’s better and better.
