DNLA compatibility means I don't need a dongle for apps? Is this correct as every small tv I see needs a dongle to connect to the wi fi in the house, is this correct?

black and white ones have a cheaper licence. Or at least they used to.
I couldn't post sooner as I had to pick myself up of the floor from rolling around laughing, I said to my wife
"fuck man you should have married this guy he is hilarious"
She is still laughing now, I had to copy and paste this to my work colleagues and friend, shit man they have all come back and said they want to meet you and buy you a drink and well meet their families, they want you to stay with them over Christmas so they can reminisce that time you said black and white tv's licenses could possibly be cheaper than they used to be, fuck I'm crying writing that.........................................
I get that and already have sky go, I just want a smart tv upstairs in the bedroom,
if I buy smart tv will I have to buy a dongle to connect to the internet?
If no what is the point of a dongle?
What is the point of the fire stick if the dongle connects to the internet?
Before your one liner then threw me on the floor, my hob lght pcb blew up, I didnt get my tv and a fuck off bill came through the letter box namely Christmas.....................................................................
Oh and the downstairs loo water outlet is leaking so its taking 1 hour before the bowl stops pissing water through.
you have my sympathies. If money is tight then you should reconsider buying a new tv. Get your toilet and cooker fixed. Live within your means, Barry. It's the best way.
Fuck it Bazza. Gold plate the shitter and buy some Hunter wellies.
Hey Goatboy, not everyone lives your millionaire lifestyle. Spare a thought ffs
Bazza I was always under the impression if you needed a new TV in Liverpool you went around the neighbour's when they were out and borrowed their's
I have hunter wellies, not as good as they once were, I just dropped the laptop and now my usb ports on the right side of my laptop dont fucking work, what a fucking absolute wank day.
Hunter Wellies are now notoriously unstable. I'm not surprised you dropped your laptop. Sue.
Bugger me, I just can't decide who I love more. Fatso or Barry. Everyone knows Fats can do no wrong by me, but sometimes Baz is just a whole different level.

Come join our orgy, Goats!
Lou apparently likes an anal spit roasting
@LouLouMySweet didn't offer me out to he orgy so I'll answer the original question.
DLNA compatibility just means that it can connect to and read from a DLNA server, that is a PC that streams stuff for you.
You still need to connect to your WiFi/Router. If the TV ain't got built in WiFi then you will need a WiFi dongle/adapter, something like the TP-Link TL-WR702N would server your purposes.
