I know I'm right, just reading about ouf 10 year plan again concerning champions league football by 2021, who the fuck ever believed this shit? The Southampton way concerning football is to spread your legs and think of England, why the fucj can't they say that? Since 1885 thats all we have been. Comical Alis.

We really haven't produced a decent youth player in years.    Those awful promotional films "We don't buy success we breed it" sheesh.  We buy from Celtic their scouts have realised a decent player.

The hashtags, the promo videos, the clappers, makes me want to vomit. Off to bed now, goodnight.

No one believed other than you Barry. That is why you are the only one wetting the bed whilst the rest of us are resigned to the inevititable. Our club our size are never going to compete for CL football on a regular basis. The best we can hope for is an occasional one off. We might have to wait much longer for that too if we go down this season.

Where can I find this 10-year plan to have a read? Can't remember ever seeing it before, so if you could give me a pointer or a link that would be much appreciated.

Its rather fucking obvious you keep selling your best players you will suffer at some point, the fans mainly as the club has bagged millions from sales, we have an academy though so thats all good..............................

lets have a look at sales/buys since the premier league began eh Baz?  £345m spent, £368m received (including VVD last week).  That is a grand profit of £23m they've raked in, all of which in the last 5 days or so.  If you want to question the quality of the signings then be my guest, that is a different matter and totally up for debate.  Wrongly claiming the club has been siphoning off transfer profits is as boring as it is plain wrong.  If you can prove they have been siphoning money off from elsewhere then I'm willing to listen.

so you agree that the club has not 'bagged millions' from player sales like you claim?

Now give me a financial breakdown of where the money is being spent, where it is coming in from and if possible where it is being siphoned off to please.  And to be honest you shouldn't have to, I would have thought that the club would have to do that.  Every financial year.

Buying shit and selling it for big money is very difficult job to do once. Doing it for so many years is impressive to say the least.

Who should we thank?

Clasie, Bednarek (who is he?) Redmond, Tadic, jury's out on Boufal, we bought poorly as thats one of the reasons we're in a relegation fight, we're we in one before we sold and bought poorly?

Agree with those (although Tadic made a great start to his career here, where did it go wrong lou_sad) and I'll add in Juanmi, Ramirez, Osvaldo, Mayuka, Martina, Gardos and Forren.

Who have been our best buys Baz?

Pretty sure that we have had to pay our players whilst they have been here.

And future sales? Are you seriously counting that? That is Enron levels of accounting fuckwittery.

I think that the mistake has been buying for the future without keeping an eye on the present.

Clasie, many over at Fiverweb were calling for him to be played more towards the end of his time with us. Redmond - probably Championship class, we will find out next year. Tadic is not shite. He has been quality for us before and plays very well at International level, Boufal looks like a decent player. Bednarek is apparently one for the future. Who else?  Hoedt and Lemina are both decent players.

Or lack of balance?  Scoring goals has been a problem for a while now. It wasnt addressed in the summer and now it has become such a problem that it seems to have affected the whole squad. They scored last night and sat back, not apparently on the managers instructions. Lack of morale has a more devastating effect than lack of talent. Clearly the collective bottle has gone, especially at St Marys. Losing Charlie was a massive blow as he is the one person at the moment who can score goals. I dont think the squad is shite, but we have lacked a consistant goal scoring threat for so long now that the conficence has evaporated,
