Dec and Jan Games moved for TV scheduling purposes

Three of Southampton’s games in December and January have been moved for live television coverage.

The trip to AFC Bournemouth will now take place on Sunday 18th December, with a 1.30pm GMT kick-off.

Saints’ home game against Tottenham Hotspur, originally scheduled for Boxing Day, has now been moved to Wednesday 28th December, with a 7.45pm GMT kick-off.

Additionally, the visit of champions Leicester City to St Mary’s will now be played on Monday 23rd January, at 8pm GMT.

However, if Southampton remain in the EFL Cup at that stage, the Foxes game will instead be played on Sunday 22nd January, at midday GMT.

All three games will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Now means we have 3 games in 6 days over the New Year period, Spuds (H) on the 28th, WBA (H) on the 31st and Everton (A) on the 2nd Jan!!

Mind you we will have 10 days rest after playing Bompey (A) on the 18th

Ffs can they just not stop meddling?!

The price to pay for all those £ squillions I guess…

Mrs D_P spending this Xmas with her family while I see my Mom at Xmas for 1st time in 23 years. Then I have to be in Poland for her bday on 27th before we do NYE in Krakow.

It took 3 months to earn the Brownie points to be allowed to book to fly early on 27th so I could go to the Spuds game.

Fuck you Sky.
