It will never come to court, Chelsea will shut it down.
That said, if the reports are to be beleived,the first thing she did after the event was to go running to the lawyers, who would want to employ someone who does that. Maybe she will keep a low profile.
I am guessing that the male physio was treated in the same way - if so that shuts out any claim of sex discrimination. Therefore her only recourse is basic constructive dismissal which iirc carries a max payout of £70k .

Yes. I hope she wins on the point of very poor / unfair treatment. Though I seriously doubt that Chelsea or Jose will admit any wrongdoing at all, sadly
I don’t see any issue with he going after the club, after all ‘retalation is allowed’, right Jose?
Whilst it would be great if she did teach them a lesson, money talks. Everyone has a price and Chelsea have extensive pockets. Not only that, if she does sue and Chelsea lodge a settlement in court, if the court does not award her as much as the settlement offer, she would have to cover Chelsea’s legal bill. It would be a big risk.
