Notwithstanding that they are barking mad with their complaint, what kind of messed governance allows two members out of 121 to instigate an investigation? Is there any aspect of the FA that does not require complete overhaul?

The FA need a complete makeover. Sexist and racist at the top, does not filter down the right message, through the football clubs, fans and down to grass roots level. They need to change things and they need to do it from the top ASAP!
A few years time we will have a UEFA situation at the FA. There is no way there are no more corruption that has gone on over the years.
