Good to hear. In my dealings with them I have generally found them helpful.
My flatmate bought Driveclub when it first came out i.e. wasn't really finished yet. He basically just decided he didn't like it anyway and tried to wangle a refund on the basis of it being 'not as described'.
He was slightly rumbled when they looked at the Driveclub trophies syncronised on his profile, indicating that he'd put in a fair few hours of gameplay...
