So, it’s a massive game for us and Puel leaves José, Bertrand, Davis and Austin at home, but i’m still smiling. I see a manager that’s sure of his way and i believe we will get the win(no back passing Maya). Three points will set us up nicely and some important players will get a rest.

I’ve gone for 2 scorecasts. Both 0-2. JWP and VVD for the first goal. Only small stakes as the odds were 75 and 115 respectively.

I’m laying some new floorboards today, so will need to make sure I’m done, but if I am I’ll come join you two.
I’m a bit nervous about this one. All our best players left at home is a bit different to having them on the bench. Without Austin it’s been a bit difficult to see where the goals are coming from. So I’d love to see Long take this opportunity to get his eye back in.
I’m calling a hopeful 0-1 but I don’t know who will score it. Possibly a fortunate own goal from a miscued Long strike.

Indeed. But we may (yet to be confirmed) be putting out a second string 4 at least, at their place. I have faith in the manager and fully expect him to have done his homework of course. But I am not rushing to bet on us scoring 3!

Thanks for the invite but I can’t make this one as I’ve got a work leaving ‘do’ to attend (my editor so can’t really miss out without looking like a bit of a wanker).
Will definitely make it to one of these hangouts soon though! If people are going to Milan it’d be cool to link up then as I’ll be there with a couple of mates.
