Jay Rodriguez

Pretty straight forward…is jay going to be able to be our main man up front or not? He’s been playing more and at times he’s looking good. But will be back to his best or is that never going to happen? Would you have him up front before Long? Is Austin guaranteed to be no.1 when he’s got again?

  • Jay will be a decent back up
  • Jay will be our main striker
  • Jay will never be good enough for this level
  • Jay will be a decent first team player

Like everything if you take a year out it takes a year to get back in the groove.

I’m not sure that’s true at all. If you didn’t have sex our masturbate for a year, it wouldn’t take a year to get good at it again. They say you never forget how to ride a bike and I’ve always thought they meant straight away, not after a year of trying to remember.

Yes but if you do not exercise or are not match fit it takes a long while to get back in the saddle. Could you see Bradley whatever his name is winning the Tour de France after a year off ? No neither can I.

Your performance after a year of foregoing sex is not going to be the same I know mine after a month offshore needs a bit of work the first delivery is nearly always the belly button.

England class.

Will be back. Took him 1/2 a season to come good when he joined.

Form is temporary class is…

A great pass for the goal last night.

Perhaps he needs to get stronger in the air - or hang out with refs who understand the laws of the game and impose them consistently.

J-Rod will feature consistently in our front three… is that a viable answer?

It’s coming back to him, isn’t it? Earlier in the season he was looking nervous, taking that extra second to make up his mind, losing the ball. Last few weeks I think he’s looked more instinctive, more confident, and stronger. It can’t help that he’s also having to build up new partnerships and playing relationships, as a lot of the guys he played with before have gone and the squad is being rotated. Not sure he’ll ever be our ‘main guy’; at his best he was part of a very tight three who knew each other’s game.
