Leicester, Citeh and 'pool games re-arranged

2 for TV, 1 for Europa League progressions

Southampton’s Barclays Premier League games against Leicester City and Manchester City have been selected for live TV coverage.
Saints’ trip to the table-topping Foxes will now take place on Sunday 3rd April, instead of Saturday 2nd April, and will be shown live on Sky Sports.

The game against Claudio Ranieri’s men at King Power Stadium will get under way at 1.30pm BST.

Manchester City’s visit to St Mary’s has been put back 24 hours and will also be shown live on Sky Sports.

Ronald Koeman’s side were set to face City on Saturday 30th April, but the game will now take place on Sunday 1st May with a kick-off time of 4pm BST.

Should Manchester City progress to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League, Saints’ clash with Manuel Pellegrini’s side may need to be rearranged.

Due to them qualifying for the next round of the Europa League, our home game against 'pool has been moved from Saturday 19th March at 3pm to Sunday 20th March at 1.30pm.

Do note that the Citeh game could be moved again, too difficult to schedule it for the 17:30 KO on Saturday I guess.

Sweet I’ll hopefully get down for the Liverpool game.

Well, I cerainly won’t be at the Liverpool game now. Bum. I’ll be happy to make my season tiicket available though, assuming it gets back to me in time for the next home game.

It’s the fact that it’s still possible for rearranged games to move again that fucks me off.

Some people need to arrange travel, holiday etc. well in advance (especially away fans - the clue’s in the name). Pick a date that’s rock solid and immovable, FFS!

The contempt routinely shown to diehard, ticket-buying fans falls little short of disgusting. Would football seem so attractive with empty stadiums? You start to wonder whether the likes of Sky give a toss about that.
