Liberal's Vince - A new hope or a false dawn

Seeing as he didn’t have any opposition, I hope he wasn’t giving it large prior to the election about Thersea not having a mandate.

Great. Another Old White Man :lou_angry: Thank heavens we have the Tories fronting up for Equality.

The force awakens.

Oh soz, I thought this was a Star Wars name game type of thing.

I like old Vince, but (unfortunately) the Lib Dems are about as popular as a salad bar in Fratton. It seems fashionable to go hard left or hard right these days. He’s got a job on for an old timer, that’s for sure.

Nobody else fancied the gig then?

Drop Vince a PM Bear. I’m sure he’s been following you on here and is aware you are a man of integrity with strong values (- for a given value of both)

Vince is a good egg but is he the man the drag the LibDems out of the crap that Clegg left them in? Probably not. They have had a golden opportunity to hoover up middle ground votes (after all, they are the centre party) but have blown it big time in the last few years. Clegg dropped a massive bollock getting into bed with the Tories and its hard to see how that damage can be underdone without a leader with JFK sized charisma and clout.
