They can sack him anyway. He pays the fines out of his wages, so nothing to do with Chelsea taking the hit. They will need pay him off if sacked.

Narcissists are fine and dandy when up on their pedestal and being worshiped but they cant deal with being average or, heaven forbid, poor. Let’s face it, with the crop of players he has, they should be top, or at least in the top 2. It is an epic fail and he seems to just be making matters worse. Surely his players are losing respect for him with his childish unprofessional behaviour.
I really do think they should sack him and replace sooner, rather than later. They then may make the champions league places.
