OK, so it’s a Sunday kick-off and an early one to boot. So do we go for pre- or post-match drinkies? Some, no doubt, will go for both, but I don’t think I’ll have that luxury, what with having to drive and all. There’s only so much lemonade a man can drink. Pubs don’t open till midday I don’t think, but I could be wrong on that.

Yeah, one of the benefits of living so far away from Southampton is that there is no expectation that I’ll return on matchdays. That, and the complete abrogation of any responsibility whatsoever.
