I've been wearing 30" waist trousers all week.

On Weds and Thurs, I even had long johns on underneath.

I've lost 4 stone since the end of November 2015, now down to 12, target is 11 (maybe ten and a half) at the end of 2017

 Mass x velocity = momentum. The more you have, the harder it is to stop. Don't you be doing a Sonny Bono on us now.

 No chocolate, crisps etc (apart from advent calendar); not drinking at home (apart from pre-drinks) and I bought a rowing machine and some wireless headphones so that when I came home from work rather than sit in the living room watching tv for an hour or two I'd have a leisurely row and watch tv for an hour. 

Eventually I got really into the rowing and started to have an hour pushing myself on the rowing machine while watching tv

Like this ...am big into cycling andi n summer will do 300km a week...but really shitty weather does me in up here in the frozen North over winter + Crisps and beer...and many hotel nights when away with work...basically I am too frucking weak and like the beer and crisps too much... 

I really need a fat buddy to help with motivation... PapswebFatclub must rise from ashes and help us fat cunts become the adonis's we were always meant to be...  make it happen Bletch, make it happen!
