I like the advertising board for cigarettes made from 'honest to goodness' tobacco ....... Rip the good old days when everyone was blissfully unaware of the health risks and smoking was considered cool
If it were mid-'50s I could have been there but we would have been under the West Stand, next to the players entrance onto the pitch, savouring the whaft of Sloane's Athletic Linament as our heroes swept onto the hallowed Dell turf/mud patch.
Contrary to popular belief in 1947 I was just a lustful look in my dad's eyes.
