Other Games w/e 21st/22nd January

Swansea currently 0-2 up at Anfield :lou_lol:

1-2 :lou_sad:

2-3 :lou_lol: Liverpool trying to emulate Keegan’s Newcastle in their title ‘chase’.

Hmmmm Liverhampton get an extra 5mins to save their embarrassment - well done ref, you twat.

If Swansea did it theres no fucking way we will.

Ha! Liverhampton lose at home.

Bodes well for the replay!

So, you’re saying because the team that were bottom of the table (who we beat) beat the team who are 3rd in the table (who we also beat) means that we have no chance of winning on Wednesday? That’s some interesting logic right there.

Puel out.

Anyone who thinks that is a good result for us, is wrong.

Title over, they will be focused on getting to Wembley and also, there will be a huge backlash and we are next! That was their first defeat at Anfield of over a year… All the signs are not good at all.

Well the one good thing is we ONLY need a draw! They have to win it, so IF we can nick an early goal on the break, it will be tough for them, as they cannot defend!

I’d say Scousehampton’s defensive display today gives us plenty of hope for Wednesday. Bring it on. :lou_lol:

It gives us hope for the second leg but I’m reluctant to get excited about anyone below us in the table winning league games at the moment.

Stoke 1-0 up against Man Utd.

They’ll fucking hammer us, I’ll be bladdered so won’t hurt as much and will only have to travel back 8 miles so not all bad.

This is annoying me. Done a 5 fold and the only result not going my way is this one. I’ll give a bit then cash out as i have them to win.

The way these games are going is looking a bit worrying for us. Someone every year makes the relugation race for that 18th position.

We need more than a 6 point gap between us and Swansea.

Man U got one back

Good freekick from Rooney to become leading goalscorer.

Huge controversy at City. Stirling through on goal…Walker chasing behind pushes him in the back, unsettles him, stumbles but stays on his feet…goalkeeper clears. Clear 100% nailed on pen and sending off. Neither ref or linesman gives anything.

Spurs up the other end and score an equaliser. 2 - 2 what should be 3 -1 city.

FT: City 2 - 2 Spurs

MoTM: Andre Mariner (man who made the biggest contribution to the outcome of the game)
