Well I’ve just had a wash and brush up before setting off for the pub. I’m rocking my best sock and sandal combo and tight nut-hugging '80s style shorts.
Iran looks like they will be packing their defense and inviting Spain to break them down…it’s going to be dour and I think a good game to miss.

The Uruguyan ref was a lot harder than poor old Mo Salad, in standing up to that horrible Ramos.
The world needs to enforce sanctions onto Iran again.

Spain were really pretty poor in that game, the odd flash of genius (mostly from Iniesta or Isco) aside. But then it’s often the case in major tournaments that the teams that go the distance do little to impress in the early stages, but win their games nonetheless.
