Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson.
Used to be funny, then had the misfortune of some people taking him seriously.
We need to quantify what makes you laugh
Paul Whitehouse has never made me laugh
But John Cleese He did it and I will watch any thing he is in just in case it does. And reruns of Fawlty Towers I will watch them

Cannon & Ball
Little &Large
Russ Abbott

Enfield and Whitehouse are still good. Whitehouse tends to be better on his own. A proportion of their stuff always fell flat, even in the 80s and 90s.
I was never a fan of the Fast Show, for example, but Down The Line, done by the same people, is excellent.
Bill Burr and Jim Jeffries in particular have let me down since they got a sniff of the Hollywood gold. From masterpieces of comedy like “Alcoholocaust*” to boring, preachy shite about Donald Trump’s hair and millionaire NFL players feeling hard done by. Oh well.
*(the final bit about him taking his heavily disabled & terminally ill friend to a prostitute is one of the best pieces of stand up I’ve ever seen - highly recommended ).
Hmm…women, a black geezer and a camp geezer. At least try to hide your prejudices.
Barry Sanchez.
Les Dennis.
The Grumbleweeds.
Lennie Bennet.
Jimmy Tarbuck.
The chuckle brothers, for about 2mins when my kids were little.
Now coming to a panto near you (Southampton this Xmas) ffs…
Disgraceful isn’t it? I personally think we should have compulsory comedy nights featuring nought but black disabled lesbian for the likes of this troublemaker
Changed it for you.
Jim Jeffries was very good. Stud v slut always comes to mind.
