Political Compass

I think we did this a few years ago on Saintsweb, but I think It would be interesting to see where we all are on the spectrum…

Here’s mine:

Your Political Compass

Economic Left/Right: -1.5

Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.67

I’m not far from you - one or two squares left and down.

It’s an interesting broad analysis which highlights how you can care about certain aspects of society but still want to see child killers hanging from a tree.

And also shows how in general there aren’t too many extremes in normal society.

Most whether they like to admit it in this Country are conservative with a small c, we’re a meek and mild Nation on politics and that is the success of it, a stable middle ground, we don’t get involved really and look the other way as long as it doesn’t concern us.

Fuck! I’m Gandhi :lou_surprised:

I just revisited it for a laugh and managed to get right up in the blue, one square from the corner!

I found the questions v.difficult. The second one is “I’d always support my country, whether it was right or wrong.” How can a country be right or wrong? When they say country, do they mean government? And is it the country that is right or wrong, or is it my support that is right or wrong?

Because you didnt want to come across on a graph as Hitler? You read my posts, do you think I lied?

And I’m sure all the left love your clothing description of the great man, dhoti and handspun shawl, look at the flag of India for guidance.

I couldn’t be arsed to take part.

I’ve been to Goa loads of times so I have picked up a little of Indian/Goan culture, not much as it was a Portugeree enclave but enough to know I love the place and when my children are older we’ll return many times.

Hitler aha aha why would I be like Hitler? I suggest you start acting like a left winger and respect other cultures clothing, I think you’re a hypocrite here, read the posts and thread, I am REACTING to provocation of being a liar and in the same posts this fellow refers to Gandhi’s clothing as a bedsheet, yesterday he didn;t know Mulsims ate Pork, you’re hardly Mr cultural sensitivity are you?

You couldn’t make it up.

You are right Barry, I didnt know that Muslims ate pork. Thanks for educating me but you probably need to tell them too! . As for the clothing, you really need to lighten up dude.
