Intresting stuff all around, would like them to have put all previous Premier League clubs on there just so that I could compare against Pompey to prove that they are not the better club (albeit for a short period in the mid 1900s)

Yes, that is interesting.

The stat I find hardest to get my head around is the one that says Saints have achieved an honour in 12 percent of the years I’ve been alive, which, thinking about it, I suppose is correct - depending on what counts as an honour - but somehow doesn’t feel correct.

That makes you either 25, 33ish or 41ish…

Interesting to see that by win percentage Nigel Adkins is by some way the most successful manager in the club’s history.

Depends on your definition of ‘ish’, Bob.

But hey, let’s not split hairs - I’m more than happy to run with the first one.

Edit: … or, come to that, the third one :slight_frown:

Hmm, I got 13% of years with an honour. Given your musical taste I’d assumed we might be pretty close in age, and that kind of confirms it. I’d also be more than happy with any of the ages BTripz suggested!

Did you miss Pardew? He’s a mere one percentage point behind Adkins.

My lifetime doesn’t include Pardew. Obviously.

Dang. I never thought of that.

If my memory serves me correctly - tbh, it doesn’t always these days! - I’m two years older than you, Fowllyd
