Saints to be stung into action by the Hornets?

The clappers will be hiding under the carpets now, either or using that handball as a comfort blanket, it wasn’t a goal and it was a disgrace it was given but if Watford scored a legitimate you couldn’t deny they deserved it, you can’t sit back unless you have the talent to do so, we don’t so we have to plow on trying to score.

It so repetitive and boring saying the same every week, he has to go as his win record is worst we had in the modern era, so so out of his depth, for a man known for a defensive ethos he is shit at it, he’ll stay as we won’t pay the compo I reckon, the “Southampton way” on the cheap.

It is repetitive and boring saying the same thing every week. But you don’t seem able to resist it.

Get used to it sweetheart, for if we’re that shite my cathartic process is this,. it stops when we stop being shite.

Well despite the Glum Twins being up to their usual miserable utterings I am going to be positive. It’s a point away from home and we have found a new goal scoring machine in JWP. With the extra quality coming in before the end of the window we will soon be climbing out of the bottom half.

Clap clap clap clap clap.

Unconfirmed reports that vvd’s hand was used in their 2nd goal.

No, I am just not a wrist slitting, bed wetting drama queen. You can bet your life if we had been 2 down at half time and pulled it back to 2-2 you would still be whinging. Here’s a thought, look up support in the dictionary and try applying it to the club. Unless of course you think being a whinging negative tosser will help us climb the league?

I never knew the internet had such power, maybe they can read my mind as well?

Well said @undefined some people need to remember this is a football club and that by supporting it you cheer it on rather then boo it of the pitch. We march on (to an 8 nil defeat against Spurs):ok_hand::+1::muscle:

Rumours abound that Pellegrino has extended his contract. Anyone else heard anything?

A different question to ask

Is Steven Davis part of the problem having been our key man for so many years?

Do we finally need to have cover for him?

Steven Davis… the most overrated player in the premier league.

He has been a great signing, had a shite season and the best is behind him, should be replaced, you can’t blame this shitfest on one player, our whole ideology of continuingly selling our best players has caught up with us, that is not to excuse the current crop of shite who should be more than capable of picking up enough to stay up, that is where is lies with the players and manager, a perfect storm of fucking wank.

I dont think singing the umpa lumpa song is going to help us climb up the league either. In fact I think the Saints Umpar Lumpas are one of the reason we are where we are.

The way he gave the ball away for their first goal was atrocious.

Is it safe to read the thread yet? Have Brazza and NYS ejaculated / frothed at the mouth as they blow bubbles with each other’s ?

As a fully paid up plastic (ex ST holder now living to far to go and too old to worry about over paid players being relegated and having to take a pay cut … or that it’s somehow indicative of a small penis If we play in a lower division) I was still rather pissed off with being cheated out of a result… and question why if players can be retrospectively punished for diving as cheating, why they can’t be for something like this which is even worse.?

For me the fact a player is happy to cheat on that way is more disgraceful than the result… but then again I ain’t That obsessed with club status, more about enjoying the game.

if we have a game where such blatant cheating is still acceptable despite it being captured and broadcast, and therefore, in effect accepts this as ‘part of the game’ is it any wonder many can no longer give a toss? What message does it send to kids if cheats prosper and the FA and league and ‘powerless’ and unwilling to do anything about it?

it’s not sport.

I’ve been giving Steven Davis dogs abuse all season. I could tolerate it if he could put a tackle in and worked hard and so on, but he doesn’t even do that - he’s soft and weak as shit and gives the ball away far too many times and has a shit touch. Typical British Sunday League clogger of a player.

People literally like him solely because he’s a British player and therefore regarded as a ‘hard-working good honest player’.

Had enough of him. If he were Spanish or Italian or Ghanaian or whatever, people would slaughter him. He gets away with it every time and fuck knows how he started ahead of Lemina.

And he fucking ducked in the wall in the Cup final against United as well.

Really been a while since I’ve got back from football that angry. Completely brought that on ourselves. Exactly like the 3-3 against Stoke five years ago - first half we got the ball on the deck against a big team of brutes and danced around them - absolutely fucking danced around them and took the piss. We then conceded a shit goal against a thuggy team, panicked, gave the ball straight back to them on every occasion and played completely into their hands by allowing the game to become a Rugby match.

Don’t even talk to me about the Doucoure goal - our players allowed Gray or Deeney to get a free knock-down in the box and one header over the defence and everyone’s taken out. Cba to talk articulately after that one. Really, really annoyed.
