A great performance. Even when they had 11 we played well. Nice to see the ball on the floor more and a confident free flowing performance, like last season. Tadic, Mane, Pelle, Romeu all looked quality. Everyone looked good. Some great overlaps from Cedric. Targett looking much better and Yoshida looked good. Very pleasing.

Agree with you, Fatso, especially regarding Tadic, Mane, Pelle and Romeu
Targett did look better; he has great potential, but I’m glad Bertrand will be back soon.
Yeah pleased with that! Things look much brighter with Bert Rand, Clasie + hopefully new CB to come in. Wanyama can fuck off.

Well, for starters, you are doing it wrong. However, the happy ending feels pretty much the same.
The season finally starts! Phew!
I was pissed off at first when I was reminded of the international break, but I’m consoling myself that it gives more time for our injured players to get fit.
Funny how one win at this stage of the season can make so much difference in my feeble brain.
Just back from the game.

Stek: didn’t have a lot to do.
Targett: Good game from him. Is never going to have the same attacking threat as Bertrand but is a tidy left back. Nullified Redmond.
Fonte and Yoshida: solid game from these two. Dealt with the big lump that is Cameron Jerome comfortably.
Cedric: Not a convincing defensive performance. Sloppy passing and looks lightweight to me. Got forward well in the second half though. Subbed (Martina).
Davis: Plenty of energy and a couple of (fluffed) chances. Subbed (JRod).
Romeu: Awesome. Dominated the midfield and didn’t put a foot wrong all afternoon. Excellent passing too. Victor who? MOTM
JWP: Best game he has had for a long time. Much more competitive in the tackle and some slick passing. Had an early free kick well saved by Ruddy.
Tadic: When he’s on form like this and played on the left, we look a much better side. Bonkers goal celebrations. Brilliant.
Mane: Just miles too good for anyone in a Norwich shirt. Subbed (Juanmi).
Pelle: A good game from him today. The lay offs all came off and his hold up play was spot on. Good work Big Fella.
Subs:
JRod: Had some good chances and came very close. Getting back to his best but still looks like he’s searching for a yard to me.
Martina: hardly had a touch.
Juanmi: looked lively. Good feet and pacy. Hopefully we’ll see plenty more of him.
Yes, Norwich were toilet, but we looked much, much better.

Koemans comments about Wanyama aren’t painting Big Vic the Prick in a good light. And to make it worse for Victor, Ronald is saying he definitely isn’t leaving…time to man up Vic although it’s going to be painful for a while given that everyone hates you now.
