The next time the ref officiates the player's club, the player gets a free two-footed tackle on said ref, an action he can take at any point during the game, whether the ball is live or not.

Weren't they sewn up ages ago with your mastery of electricity?

Being 4th official is like having a hospitality invite but without the free bar.

You get to stand about a bit, chat with the managers and explain to the proper ref how you didn't see anything either.
