They’ve been awarded. The guy who walked around pretending to be a goat has got a lot of attention but I particularly liked the Peace Prize for an academic study entitled:
“On the reception and detection of pseudo-profound bullshit”
This is actually a published piece of research. I reckon it must resonate strongly with a lot of users of Sotonians and other associated message boards.

I read the whole paper and couldn’t find a single reference to Sotonians.
Either they’re research methodology is bad, or they’re saving us for something special…or we’re just “special”
