The matchday meetup treble

In the pub. Where are all you bustard?

Fowllyd and I on our own. It’s a dangerous combination.

Hmmmm…Ant clearly has no vested interest in Brewdog.

Odd for you to pop up in a matchday meetup thread when you’ve never shown face at the pub. You keep banging that drum though.

Sorry to miss the pub meetup today. Running v late. Every good record comes to an end.

I’m a very odd person, ant.

Second pint is feeling better. I am now convinced I will not be dying today.

Don’t wait for me. I’ll be at next venue.

Sorry couldn’t put in an appearance today, was hanging out of my arse after an overnight incursion into skate territory and didn’t get back to the promised land til 1ish. Thankfully an absolute legend of a cab driver managed to get me back home from the train station (to pick up ticket and have shower from a can) and into town again within 30mins.

We’ve only got three on a hat trick left.

That’ll be Goaters, Fowllyd and myself.

Alright then. Who is going to be up for the Palace game, the third and final fixture of the Matchday Drinking Treble.

As stated before, only three of us are on a potential hat-trick, but it hasn’t been a bad set of fixtures for overall forum attendance.

I would suggest either The Old Farmhouse or The Platform, but as ever, I am fairly easy when it comes to venue.

Farmhouse is good for me as could be a bit of a rush tomorrow night.

Back to where it all began. Nice short walk to the ground. Ceilings that make me look normal sized.

Are we good on the Old Farmhouse then?

Kick off is at 19:45. I reckon I might be there at around 17:45 - 18:00.

I am free before the match, but have a bank balance worryingly in the negative £££s. And to be honest if I’m going to spend money I don’t have I’d rather do so at any of the places in town that serve decent food and beer.

Gonna be a push for me to make it much before 7. Quick pint and a brisk walk :lou_smiley:

I’m in The Stile on University Road at the moment. Waiting on a taxi. The old dear’s place has been like a fucking EastEnders Christmas special the last two days.

At The Old Farmhouse.

Back garden at the moment.

So you’ve married your sister though you didn’t know she was. 3 strangers have turned up and turned out to be cousins you never knew you had . The local pub has burnt down after your alcoholic, gangster brother crashed his car in to it. Your neighbour has had a baby and your brother is the father…
