For reasons of plumpness, I’ve put myself on a diet. In doing so, I depressingly discovered how many calories there are in alcoholic drinks

So, I’ve had a dry week (which is no bad thing) and have ‘saved up’* a couple of thousand calories to splurge on alcohol over the weekend.

*I suspect this is not how diets are supposed to work
