Just watched the end of day interviews with Stokes and Bairstow.
What a nice pair of lads.
TMS interviewed Bairstow’s mum and sister at the tea interval, who were obviously made up. Agnew enjoyed taking the piss that they had spent xmas with Santa Boycott.
Tuesday is the 18th anniversary of David Bairstow hanging himself. That made it even more poignant.

Amla dropped again, by Compton, just now still on 120. To be fair the ball was whipped at him and he didn’t really pick it up.
de Villiers just survived an LBW call after review showed an inside edge.
Bowlers are bowling much better just now.
