Looks to me like we’re giving licence to our forwards to drive forward and through the opposition. Exciting to watch (there were some great mazy runs) and defenders bloody hate it. We’ve seemingly got the players such that it’ll to lead to a fair few goals. And the team’s finally appearing less hesitant to shoot, which is a bonus.
All wrapped up with some neat buildup play and a fair sense of urgency for a friendly.
Agree that we need at least one more attacking signing. Otherwise we’re looking at a solid season; probably not another record-breaker, but an entertaining one nonetheless.
