FA to Explore Retrospective bans for Diving

Is this out of date, new, or just wrong?

A match is played by two teams, each with a maximum of eleven players; one must be the goalkeeper. A match may not start or continue if either team has fewer than seven players.

From here.

How far back are they going to go?

Should Frannie Lee be worried?

I can see his point, sort of, he’s saying what if someone gets booked for diving and they didn’t dive are they going to retrospectively undo it?

He’s saying they should bring in instant reviews, sort it out on the spot!!

It would be pretty cool if they went back retrospective over past couple seasons and totted up how many bans players are all owing.

Chelsea, Spurs & Man Utd would all be relegated next yr.

That’s not unreasonable. You should be able to appeal if you feel you were wrongly carded for any offence.

Yes, I fully trust the football authorities in tandem with the referees not to fuck this one up at all…

I think this is a brilliant idea as long as it’s only brought in for every other team except Saints.
