Sorry GA, birthday weekend trumps weight loss. I won’t be overindulging in Ant style, though given that I’m in the region of twice Ant’s age that’s hardly surprising. But I’ll partake of a pie or pizza at lunchtime, and I’ll be eating out in the evening too. Maybe I’ll allow myself a drink or two as well…
