Don’t think so.
Watching the Hamburg v RB Leipzig game and the ref gave a dodgy penalty to RB . the Hamburg payers were screaming blue murder so it went to the video ref and the outcome was a corner.
Time taken for the review about the same time that would have been used to take the penalty.
We need this next year.
