So The Sun have finally issued an apology to Ross Barkley for, amongst other things, saying that his eyes resembled those of a gorilla. They say they werenāt aware of his family background. Now call me old fashioned, but even if I didnt have parentage that streched back to Nigeria a couple of generations ago, I still wouldnt want to be likened to an ape in a national newspaper!
