Has the Brexit argument been effectively won so

now the remainers are largely relying on fear and exaggeration?

Cameron’s latest try is leaving could lead to war when its obvious Europe and Europeans are lurching to the far left and right.

Haven’t you already got a Brexit thread?

That concentrates on the merits of an in or out, not the tactics now being employed by desperate businessman wanting to secure their pensions on this gravy train.

Yeah, this is bollocks.

Both sides have been piling on the fear tactics - pathetic on all counts.

All over bar the shouting, B. I don’t know anyone voting IN, anymore. The last holdout was my Dad. He is a Business Bro, and he was v.stalwart that we should stay IN for Business Reasons, but I sat him down and explained on him all the stuff you told me bout Musloids not integrating, and Chewbacca Defenses, and Mavis Reillys in Brussels Wasting Our Tax Dollars, and he is now convinced to joint the OUTSIDE NOW brigade.

This was yesterday tho, I don’t know if he will be swayed by Cameron saying it will be more difficult to persuade Europe to join in our illegal wars in future if we come OUTSIDE, or whatever it was he was on about 2day.

Money over sovereignty?
Money will last a generation whilst the our new sovereignty will be passed onto our new next generations, selfish reasons bro, more silver and being controlled or possibly a bit poorer but freer to make to own decisions and trade with all.

OUT.

Is either side promising to cut public transport costs? That’ll do me.

No, that’s domestic elections, Labour will let the SWT franchise run down and then return to the public sector/ownership like all franchises, they couldn’t afford nor be seen to be spending money on franchises putting money into private hands.
The railways will return to public ownership and a more honest approach to rail subsidy.
This nation is a halfway house in many things and transport is no different, we want a European transport system but wont pay for it out of our taxes so we therefore privatise the systems and pay for them via our tax by stealth and this they say are privatised when in fact they are a subsidised operation.
Most people do not realise this though as they aren’t politically aware or bothered.

Whoosh

One idea I had is if when we quit Europe we should try and leave Scotland and Wales behind, like i.e. when I block the toilet at Dinner Party and rush off before they figure out sovereignty.

The lovely part about democracy Bearsy son is they can and they’ll be given that opportunity to do so.
The SNP will demand it rightfully get it and Plaid/SDLP and Sein Fein will certainly push for a vote and will probably and rightfully get it as well.

Democratic elections aren’t new to us Brits you see.

gr8 news. Where do you want England to go when we leave Europe? I hear the Carribean is quite nice this time of year. I’ve never actually been to Africa but that might be an option, and would be quite cheap. I was saying to my dad that maybe we should move England more towards Asia cos that is Big Market and I quite like Their Food, but he don’t really want to be any closer to Australia if he can Help It, so I’m not sure about that.

I like England where it is to be honest, moving the landmass lockstock really isn’t a goer in my opinion…

I’m still in my fine ursine friend, if only to be obtuse, and a provide the exception that ‘tests’ (I say tests as most folk have forgotten that ‘proves’ in this case was the original definition - in that it ment ‘test’) your assumption that no one is left in the IN camp and counter that particular propaganda stream… :lou_is_a_flirt:
