First for me is a brain-training app called Elevate. It’s available for Android and Apple. I use it every day when I rise, which helps to properly wake up my biggest muscle…
I have a work phone and my own personal one, both Android though different makers. My own has SwiftKey, which is brilliant for emails, texts and the like. The other one doesn’t and I keep meaning to download it, as the native HTC editor is pretty rubbish in comparison.
Oh and the main one. Pages, which helps me keep an eye on my part time business, 24/7. With all sorts of analytic information, that is very valuable.

FitBit is another one for me.
I’ve got a mate in Brazil and he and I challenge each other on total weekly steps. Plus, Mrs. Bletch has a formula - the result of which is the whole number of roast potatoes I can have for dinner. The inputs include step count, number of flights of stairs and average heart-rate.
So I use this loads of times per day.

I’m a vicious left swiper! It’s not in line with my usual character tho, only today right, i was driving home + stuck in traffic jam, and i saw this bro walking along. He was such an unhappy looking bro! He was kind of funny looking, and it seemed as tho he was totally aware of it. Maybe someone had just told him. He was walking kind of weird, hunch-shouldered + straight limbed, and looked like i.e. he was desperately hoping that no-one would notice him. I felt so bad for this bro! I wanted to cheer him up so bad, but what can you do? If I beeped horn + give him thumb up, he would have thought i was taking the piss.
What i realised right, is that if i was a bird, i could have sympathy banged him. I could’ve sympathy banged the fuck out of him! It would have cheered him up so massive! He deserved it, this bro! Poor bro.
