It astonishes me that the “west” still hasn’t learnt how to deal with leaders that have small penises.

This a bit of a misunderstanding of the whole Korea situation. Mr Jong Un is not the one in charge of North Korea, it’s the shadowy people behind the figurehead that truly controls things and they have been master manipulators for years- spouting fiery rhetoric in public whilst never going far enough to provoke a war that they know they would lose. They are master manipulators and smooth operators and are nothing like the psychopathic maniacs that they are protrayed. It’s in no ones interest for war to break out and it would amaze me if it actually happens.
I would hope that you are right about a war between North Korea and America and you would like to think, in this day and age, that common sense would always prevail. Trouble is that it isnt prevailing in the Middle East so I am not overly confident about Korea. Whether it be Jong-un or a shadowy group behind him playing the games, it is one think to play games against Obama, another thing entirely to play games with Trump.
